Inspired by Ram Dass literature, mathematical theories, Hawaiian nature, and surfing. Gina created metaphors of her reality. Through numbers, she questions the uncertainty of reality and the probabilities of events.

You don't know how to do scrambled eggs Gina". That was one of the arguments he mentioned during the break up. She got into a deep depression, in the darkness, she found courage to love herself. By doing loom backstrap weaving she was able to transmute her pain into beauty.

Xonca is the pseudonym that Gina Baruch uses to define her autobiographical drawings. It usually expresses her emotions, feelings, and desires. They also represent her multiple roles and personalities through life.
ABSTRACT WORLD, 2022
Gina Baruch has always been obsessed with dimensions and reality. This collection was pushed by her frustration of finding only one dimension drawings for loom backstrap weaving. It must be another way to do it, she thought, then she learned to draw her own patterns on three dimensions and weaved them on strings.
