Shipped via specialized art freight or tracked priority couriers (FedEx Express / UPS Air Freight) in custom crate or rigid box enclosures to protect warp tension and natural fibers.

Limited-Edition Prints: Flat-packed in archival acid-free sleeves between reinforced double-wall rigid boards, or rolled in heavy-duty mailing tubes depending on scale and substrate.

2. Processing & Crating Timelines

In-Stock Prints & Portfolio Works: Prepared and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days.

Framed Works & Custom Crating: Require 10 to 14 business days for specialized archival packaging and custom wood crate fabrication.

Architectural & Site-Specific Commissions: Shipping schedules and freight logistics are finalized per individual contract terms.

3. International Shipping & Collector Duties

We ship to private collections, galleries, and trade clients worldwide.

Insurance: Full-value transit insurance is included on all original works and print shipments.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs tariffs, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient/collector.

4. White-Glove Delivery & Architectural Logistics

For large-scale spatial installations or high-value multi-piece acquisitions, white-glove inside delivery, uncrating, and professional placement can be arranged prior to dispatch. Contact the studio directly to coordinate trade delivery logistics or specialized installer access.

5. Transit Damage & Claim Protocol

Each artwork is inspected, photographed, and cataloged immediately prior to packaging.

In the rare event of transit damage, notify the studio within 48 hours of delivery.

Commissions & Custom Architectural Works: Deposits and stage payments for custom spatial installations or commissioned textiles are non-refundable once warp preparation or material sourcing has commenced, as specified in your individual commission agreement.

To ensure complete confidence prior to acquisition, the studio provides the following support for art advisors, interior designers, and private collectors:

High-resolution portfolio imagery and video documentation of physical texture, light response, and warp scale.

Material sample swatches for site-specific commissions (where applicable).

4. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged during transit, the studio will coordinate immediate resolution:

Notification: Contact ginabaruch.studio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Documentation: Provide photographic proof of the damaged shipping container, outer packaging, and the artwork itself.

Resolution: Upon inspection and carrier verification, the studio will arrange for professional restoration, a replacement edition (for limited prints, subject to availability), or an insurance-covered credit/refund.

Clear inspection protocols and condition reporting upon unboxing protect both the studio and collector when verifying high-value artwork deliveries.
